- Analyse the state-of-the-art about OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for software development
- Make a proposal of OKR and/or KPI applied to the company

THESIS
And if you enjoy your experience at HMS and decide to participate in the innovation program of our Cloud Team, we will support you for the preparation of your thesis and suggest you some proposition like :
- OKR implementation for Cloud
- KPI automation for Cloud
- Develop front-end feature
- DevOps tasks
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or equivalent university degree, with a focus on data analysis, information systems, or project management.
- Interest in the ICT sector and remote-control technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Team spirit: Enjoy working in international teams
- Initiative and willingness to learn: You take things into your own hands, are open to learning new things, and are motivated to expand your knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with the willingness to solve complex problems.
