Hardware Engineer (M/F/X)
As a Hardware Engineer, your mission is to design, develop, and validate reliable and cost-effective electronic hardware for industrial products.
You will contribute across the full product lifecycle—from concept to production—by translating requirements into robust hardware solutions.
Working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, industrialization, and supply), you will take part in component selection, schematic design, PCB layout, testing, and documentation, while ensuring performance, compliance, and manufacturability.
YOUR ROLE AN RESPONSIBILITIES- You design and develop electronic hardware that meets product requirement.
- You validate and test new boards to ensure performance and compliance.
- You select and evaluate components with support from vendors and distributors.
- You create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
- You work with mechanical engineers to integrate hardware into enclosures.
- You support supply teams (industrialization, production) with test strategies and troubleshooting.
- You maintain and update existing products and documentation (BOMs, parts lists, etc.).
- You collaborate with firmware teams during board bring-up and integration.
- You ensure designs meet regulatory and certification standards (e.g., CE, FCC, EMC).
- You coordinate with global teams for manufacturing transfer and support.
- You have a master’s degree in industrial or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
- You have 3 – 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
- You have a good understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- You have experience with PCB design tools (preferably using Altium Designer).
- You are familiar with EMC principles and basic product certification workflow (CE, FCC, UL, etc.).
- You are comfortable using measurement tools and prototyping equipment.
- You have basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate or test hardware setups.
- You have full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) .

- You have potential to take broader ownership over time, including cross-functional coordination or product-facing responsibilities.
- Exposure to RF concepts or radioamateur projects.
- Interest in mechanical integration and product enclosures.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
