ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in our growth by maintaining relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet client needs and create value over time.

You’ll spend most of the time to two main targets: WIN new Accounts and GROW existing Accounts. You’re expected to take the lead and feel support from a global skilled team of Product Managers, Market Managers and Solution Engineers. Expect 50-60% travel within primarily the sales area, but also to meet the team in Benelux, France, Iberia & Italy and visit the HMS HQ in Sweden.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You serve as the main point of contact for accounts in your region.
  • You align client needs with our industrial communication solutions, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • You coordinate and cooperate with internal stakeholders, to ensure the best solution for your clients (Solution Engineers, Product Managers, Market Managers).
  • You regularly travel to meet clients face-to-face and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Be part of a sales team existing of sales area’s Benelux, France, Iberia and Italy. In this role you will report to an innovative manager from the new generation of leadership within HMS.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in a similar Account Management role in Industrial Automation branch.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to anticipate client needs into future proof solutions.
  • Foundational skills in navigating sales cycles with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong eagerness to develop expertise in managing more complex processes.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Professionally fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
