YOUR ROLEAs an HR Partner, you are a trusted advisor to both managers and employees. You combine strong recruitment expertise with a broad generalist HR role. From attracting talent to supporting employee experience, talent development, and HR projects, you help drive a strong and future-proof HR approach.
You will work in an international environment with a focus on Belgium, France, and Romania.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?Recruitment & Employer Branding
- You manage the full recruitment process from A to Z for a variety of roles
- You translate business needs into clear job profiles and hiring strategies
- You actively source candidates and conduct interviews
- You support salary offers and onboarding processes
- You contribute to employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, events, job fairs, and campus activities
- You build talent pipelines and support young talent programs
- You optimize recruitment processes and the ATS system
Employee Experience, Talent & Development
- You act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
- You support a positive work culture and strong team collaboration
- You handle individual HR cases in a professional and pragmatic way
- You support performance reviews, development discussions, and talent follow-up
- You help managers translate development needs into concrete actions and learning initiatives
- You identify training needs and coordinate learning activities
- You foster a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and learning
- You ensure consistent HR processes, policies, and compliance
- You take initiative in HR improvements and participate in local and international HR projects
- You have experience in recruitment
- You feel comfortable working in an international or multi-country environment
- You communicate fluently in French and English
- You are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- You easily build strong relationships with managers and employees
- You are discreet and professional
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
- A varied HR role with autonomy and impact
