INTERNSHIP - Proxy-Product Owner for SaaS (Ewon Cloud) (M/F/X)

YOUR MISSIONAs part of the development team, you will contribute to ongoing projects and support the team in their daily activities.
Main tasks include:
Product Backlog Management
You will:
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining and structuring the product backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories).
- Help refine backlog items to ensure they are clear, well-defined, and ready for development.
- Contribute to defining acceptance criteria and clarifying functional requirements.
- Ensure backlog items are aligned with product objectives and priorities.
Feature Definition & User Story Writing
You will:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owners, developers, testers, and managers) to clarify feature expectations.
- Document functional behaviors and user journeys.
- Support the preparation of product documentation and feature descriptions.
Agile Development Support
You will:
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help track the progress of features during development cycles.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Ensure feedback from reviews or testing is integrated into backlog updates.
Product Vision & Value Analysis
You will:
- Support the Product Owner in evaluating business value and user impact of new features.
- Contribute to product analysis by collecting feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
- Help document and communicate the product roadmap and priorities.
• Documentation & Product Communication
You will:
- Contribute to maintaining clear documentation of product features and decisions (Confluence, Jira).
- Prepare summaries or reports on feature progress and product updates.
- Support internal communication about new features and product improvements.
Skills you will develop:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile product development in a SaaS environment.
- Practical skills in backlog management, requirement analysis, and user story writing.
- Exposure to real-world cloud technologies and industrial IoT use cases.
- Collaboration within an international and cross-functional team.
- Use of tools like Jira, Confluence, Gitlab.
- You are a student in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
- You have analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- You have Interest in SaaS, IoT, and digital product development.
- You have good communication skills in English (French is a plus).
